Get help

Email contact@cremcatlabs.com. Please include the device model, iOS/iPadOS version, Little Painters version, and what happened. Do not include a child’s full name or other personal information.

Restore worlds

Open the gear, complete the grown-up check, choose World Passes, and tap Restore Purchases. The Garden is always free. One purchase opens every additional world for eligible family members through Apple Family Sharing.

Saved progress

Progress is stored on the device. Deleting the app or choosing New Story removes that local progress. Restore Purchases can restore paid-world access, but it cannot restore deleted paintings or names.

Privacy

Little Painters has no ads, accounts, tracking, third-party analytics, chat, or social sharing. Read the Little Painters Privacy Policy.
